In this week’s Wednesday Wisdom video, Laura expands on last week’s 10X Impact Conversations episode with Caroline Adams Miller about achieving goals with good grit.
At the end of the day, there is a precursor that dramatically increases your likelihood of achieving goals. Research shows that it has nothing to do with structure or presentation, but with your state of being. When we are happier and enthusiastic around a goal we are much more likely to be innovative, motivated, and take the risks that drive us toward achieving those goals.
Laura also reviews the 5 pillars of positive psychology—Positive Emotion, Engagement or Flow, Relationships, Meaning & Impact, and Achievement—and their role in supporting happiness.
