In this guided meditation, Laura helps us optimize our neurology with the intent of clarifying and creating progress towards what matters most to us. We will cycle through two limbic brain activation visualizations; each followed by intentionally connecting with what we want to dedicate more focus. Using our limbic brain to empower our vision is a helpful and easy way to create shift. This meditation is also deeply relaxing.
