On this week’s Wednesday Wisdom, Laura Juarez shares one of her favorite stories from Bud Winter, one of the world’s greatest sprinting coaches. He produced more track and field olympians and world records than any other sprint coach in history!
Winter’s background in sports psychology led to him to help military pilots learn how to think critically and access peak performance, even while experiencing immense pressure. Through this program called Relax to Win, Winter’s taught them how to relax under pressure, as well as how to foster a more positive mindset.
