What are the difficult conversations you are avoiding that may be resulting in less creativity, support, and understanding with a team member?

Though it can be uncomfortable and even anxiety inducing, when you commit to having truthful, vulnerable, authentic, and difficult conversations, you create understanding and a deeper relationship with that other person.
